eLynx provides and has developed a suite of very powerful software solutions for producers involved in intensive and extensive livestock production.The eLynx tool set underpins the day to day operations, and strategic management, of most major feedlots in Australia and facilitates management of livestock on a significant number of Australia's largest cattle stations. It can be found supporting a number of major livestock operations overseas. The company's software is fully scalable and also supports production within a large number of small to medium sized livestock production entities. As General Manager I lead a dispersed team of programmers and technical support staff delivering practical and effective solutions to these companies. eLynx has recently developed a range of high tech mobile apps designed to further support the operational management of feedlots as well as the operations of pastoral companies and grazing enterprises. Of particular note is 'StockMate', a powerful tablet and cloud based App which is revolutionising extensive livestock production systems. eLynx's core products include the highly acclaimed 'StockaID' and 'FY3000'. These are both used by most of the large feedlots in the country and between them facilitate the management of all major feedlot processes from livestock induction and commodity receivals through to feeding management, 'hospital' treatments and the exiting of cattle. My work as General Manager is challenging, exciting and highly rewarding. It involves close engagement with industry stakeholders, animal nutritionists, technology providers and our own developers and technicians. Our success as a business relies heavily on our capacity to innovate, interpret market requirements and deliver a professional, robust product.With this in mind, I am privileged to work with a team of highly capable, diligent professionals capable of delivering just the outcomes we need. seventyWest is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering rural and industry based training to individual and corporate clients across Australia. As CEO I have been responsible for initiating and developing training programs; liaising with industry partners; strategically addressing course accreditation and RTO compliance imperatives; expanding staff capacity and developing a solid resourcing base for the company. The work is invigorating, rewarding and challenging and has allowed me to marry my great love of education with my years of corporate management experience.

As Managing Director of Quadtech, I had the privilege of steering a startup venture specialising in website development and graphic design to the point where the company is now a premier provider of an integrated suite of marketing & management services to clients across Toowoomba and the Darling Downs, throughout Queensland, across Australia and in New Zealand and the USA.

As Head of Campus (& in my other roles with Toowoomba State High School as Deputy Principal and A/Principal), I co-managed the growth & development of a brand new High School campus; led curriculum innovation, managed complex structural change, oversaw multi-million dollar facilities construction projects, provided strategic leadership in a multi-campus environment and established an accessible, transparent leadership model.
