My main function is to understand and break down the solutions that the management team considers best to attack and help the tech team develop a highly performative product.My day to day is based on understanding the needs and desires of these stakeholders, creating a product roadmap and keeping it updated. Prepare requirements, user stories, keep the board up to date (Notion) and facilitate effective meetings (Miro) that keep the team communicated.I must collaborate daily with developers as an "unblocker" helping with how to propose the infrastructure, the technical approach of a new functionality or explaining the user's needs.I have greatly improved my technical skills by also being in charge of Debugging, Code Review, GitHub Managment and QA. I gained extensive experience using Visual Studio (C#, .NET, React), MySQL Workbench and Postman.Responsible for leading integration projects with different technology providers through APIs with little and much documentation, SDF systems and navigation simulator robots. I also need to use Figma for prototyping or make quick fixes / simple new pages in our UX design. In addition to carrying out the launch of the product from 0 to 1 facing users, keeping the product live, provide tech support and releasing new releases without failures.I focus on creating autonomy with the developers I collaborate with, but at the same time a sense of belonging with the team and that everyone can cover various technological aspects.I am excited to be the link between the business needs and the development force to materialize a product that has been impressing the AdTech Saas industry focused on U18 marketing.

Wombo is a training and coaching platform for esports fans looking to improve their in-game level. We provided individual or group sessions taught by professional players with a subscription model and one-shots.I founded a startup in the middle of the 2020 pandemic, fully remote with two business associates from Córdoba who contacted me online. After working with an MVP focused on e-learning + gaming, we managed to attract the first clients and our first investment round ($140K). We had the pleasure of being part of 500 LatAm and Start-Up Chile, in addition to having angel investors. After a lot of working and micro-pivoting, we began to move towards the product-market-fit, making clients fall in love with our product and making them improve in esports.As the months went by, we raised our second investment round ($160K) which was going to allow us to develop technology and continue growing. Creation and management of content plan for RRSS. I managed all the audiovisual content of the brand: streamings, videos, teaching tips and recorded classes- Responsible for getting sponsors. Creation of reports of activations with brands and customer management.- Ideation, development and management of online video game competitions. More than 60 tournaments successfully developed.

Gamity was a social media for gamers as a mobile app (Android & iOS). A meeting point where gamers could participate in competitions, tournaments, meet other players and create teams.It was a completely free app that could be downloaded from the Play Store and App Store. The business model was through sponsorships with brands that wanted to reach the gamer public. We had a native advertising system through banners and advertising when a user participate in tournaments. Everything could be measured in views and clicks.I founded the project as a solo founder and it lasted 8 months. At the beginning I created a development team made by 4 people and through applying Scrum, we launched an MVP to the market in less than 2 months. Through an incremental iterative process, we managed to continue developing features, which allowed us to achieve +5,000 registered users and capture important clients such as HyperX, Lemon Cash and Tienda Mia.The project was financed with my savings + support from family/friends + an honor loan from UADE HUB.As Gamity continued to grow, I was contacted online by two people with the idea of ​​creating an academy for gamers (my ex-partners from Wombo). I started growing Gamity and Wombo in parallel, until we raised the first round of investment with Wombo and I had to put all my energy into it, including ending Gamity.It was my first experience as an entrepreneur and solo founder, where I learned many things, but the most important for me was to understand that to carry out large projects, great collaborators are needed.
