-Grantee selection: revision of application documents and interviewing applicants.-Placement management (aprox. 70 grantees/year): creation of personalized placement plans, exhaustive revision of application essays (4-5 per grantee) in coordinationwith EducationUSA advisers, and cooperating Department of State agency, LASPAU.-Negotiation of grants directly with US universities.-Grant calculation and management.-Visa management in cooperation with agencies, LASPAU and IIE, and the US Embassyin Mexico.-Overview of first, second and third year grantees (aprox. 110 per year)-Organization of:*Informative events, some hosted by me, and others co-organized with associations, such as FUNED, FIDERH, Fundación México en Harvard, as wellas with US university reps.*Welcome and Pre-Departure Orientations.-Conduction of essay workshops for both grantees and EducationUSA events.
