Fernanda is a sustainability/ESG expert. She has +15 years of experience spanning corporate sustainability, climate change, governance, human rights, stakeholder engagement, community development, and conflict management. She serves as a senior consultant at ERM, a global consulting firm, focused especially on ESG strategy and performance for mining companies, O&G, chemicals, real estate, infrastructure, agrochemical and agribusiness among other industries. Expert on sustainable finance and due diligence, she also advises development financial institution management, commercial banks, international lenders financing large-scale projects in Brazil and private equity funds on ESG risks and opportunities on portfolio companies.
