Key ResponsibilitiesCost Control Processes: Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction project cost control processes.Financial and Physical Progress Consolidation: Consolidate financial and physical progress data for all construction projects.Quarterly Financial Forecast (PFT) Consolidation: Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to consolidate quarterly financial forecasts (PFT) for presentation to the CFO.KPI Monitoring and Reporting: Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project costs. Prepare and present consolidated monthly reports to the COO.Cost Analyst Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of cost analysts, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring achievement of goals.Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to maintain effective control over project costs.Construction Budget (CAPEX) Analysis: Analyze construction budgets (CAPEX) to approve purchase requisitions (within the SAP system) for materials and services related to construction projects.Indirect Labor Histogram Control: Manage and control the indirect labor histogram for construction project teams.Atlas Web System Implementation: Implement the Atlas web system for consolidating purchasing and contract data.

Construction process control, checklist and quality assurance, customer support and delivery of the building for its holders.
