My personal approach combines professional rigour and compassion. I use a range of psychological tools, techniques and methodologies to assist my clients achieve their business and personal goals. My experience spans blue chip organisations, partnerships, government and non-profit organisations, across industries including media, banking, professional services, technology, pharmaceuticals, health, community services, environmental planning, construction, energy transmission, logistics, mining and global industrial businesses. I've worked with executives on goals such as transforming organisational culture, leading change, developing leadership capability, developing executive presence, driving high performing teams, transitioning to senior leadership roles and increasing self-awareness to build leadership capability.My coaching clients appreciate being challenged and encouraged to build on their strengths to become more focused, influential and successful. Through greater self-understanding, my clients learn strategies to confidently and effectively manage their personal challenges, lead their people and deliver better business performance. Passionate about advancing my profession, I've held several leadership and advisory roles in Australian Psychological Society including National Chair for the College of Organisational Psychologists. With a reputation for innovative thinking, I have served professional advisory boards globally and presented at conferences and events. I'm also privileged to have been one of the judges for the Australian Psychological Society’s annual Workplace Excellence Awards.
