• Responsible for the Customer Service of spots and parts in the industrial automation division, focused in customer relationship and sales order follow up;• Support to the customer to cash department (credit and account receivables), providing proper documentation for credit analysis and support in the collections;• Responsible for maintenance contracts controls: billing, cost allocation and customer documentation;• Finance and tax analysis of service contracts and product sales order (sales price, cost and margin);• Support to the Project Control team with cost tracking, billings and bill of material control.• Monthly reports with kpi’s of process improvement and cost controls.
