Working with BMC Remedy ARS, CMDB and ITSM 7.6.04 and with some of their integrations (AIE, ADDM, PNet).Focus on installation and support of these applications, mostly trying to use the Out-of-the-Box product with as less development as possible.

Working with BMC Remedy Action Request System and ITSM 7.1 mainly as a developer of remedy-based applications and maintenance/upgrade packages for the current ones, as well as supporting the original out of the box applications and its customizations.Currently developing in an Invoice Management project with CMDB and Asset integrations.
