Zone Production Manager IIResponsible for managing the production area based on process safety and environmental procedures with the objective to deliver different gases to our clients complying with quality and quantity contract and plant efficiency. In this position I am fully responsible for operations, safety, maintenance, reliability, and quality of the Air Separation Unit (ASU) located at La Porte, Texas. La Porte is 2,373 tons per day (TPD) ASU.Managerial responsibilities include the following: Leadership & employee Development of 7 Operation technicians and a Production supervisor On-site Health, Safety Environment & Legal Compliance On-site Plant Production, Operations and Maintenance On-site Quality and Services On-site Competitive costs On-site continuous improvements On-site Reliability Projects/Improvements Issuing a Monthly report containing all relevant information about Plant Performance in regards of: Safety, PlantProduction, Quality, Budget, Downtime and operative events, Projects and Important activities, Maintenance &Reliability, Staff & organizational changes. Manage the budgeting and planning for the first Plant Turnaround Maintenance ($2.6 million USD)
