Responsible of Mexican Sales and Operation Subsidiary of world leader in manufacturing Telecommunication Infrastructure solutions for Mexico and Central America territory. Sales activity included full sales cycle including qualification, prospect development, customer presentation, resource allocation, and price and contract negotiations defining and executing business plan for revenue generation on new and existing accounts such as Telecom and wireless carriers; OEM’s; Enterprises; and Broadcast/CATV stations.Responsible of full territory quota and sales objectives through direct sales, account managers, representatives, agents, distributors and channels managing annum revenues. Coordinate through corporate unit managers the planning, process building and execution of the finance, administration, logistics, credit & collect, human resources, technical support, customer service, and marketing activities ensuring the successful operation and execution of the sales subsidiary strategies
