Pegasus Industronics began as a service and repair company out of Fresno California. I took part in creating a solid team whose primary focus was client relationships. Having a winning team allowed us not only to provide the best service possible, but also created a great foundation for a sales department. In 2016, I oversaw the relocation to Southern California. That same year I created an Engineering department for conveyor manufacturing and a Sales department to provide our clients with high quality metal detection systems. I provided on-site service on Sortex Optical Sorters equipped with the latest Infrared technologies. These systems are used in food processing facilities to inspect and remove low quality and/or foreign debris from tree nuts, rice, coffee. I also worked as a factory trained service engineer on Goring Kerr/Thermo Scientific Metal Detectors and Checkweighers.

Served as a Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division, which was the only fully parachute division in the US military. What I learned was absolute discipline, which was the foundation of my success. I also served with the 25th Infantry Division in Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Here I learned to “work smarter”. Combined, I learned to “work hard” AND “work smart”. Those are the pillars of success.
