Led, supervised, and developed strategy for a 90-person organization while managing $24M of U.S. Army Engineer equipment. Responsible for providing mobility, countermobility, and survivability support to the 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne).

Coached and mentored engineer units in logistics and small unit engineer tactics. Responsible for training and validating units at various echelons in preparation for global deployment readiness.

Led an engineer and scout platoon in both home station and deployed environment. Responsible for the accountability, training, and combat employment of the organization.
