Assigned in high-end mixed used multi billion dollar Doha Oasis hotel and mixed use project in Architectural aspect but not limited to management, planning, supervision, coordination, quality, and other related on vertical architectural interior/exterior finishing construction.

Msheireb (doha land) as a senior Architect my task is fully architectural but not limited on shop drawing checking, including the pre-qualification and materials submitting, using a construct ware for continuing less paper policy.

Handled the Abu Hamor scout school and Old Rayyan Diwan Amara office(Asghal) managed and some hotel, mixed use, apartment and others. but not limited on periodical inspection, monitoring, coordination between contractor and client. evaluation of material and other submitting documentations.

The Project is QP District and i was assigned as A senior Architect with specialised in Architectural facade and (Interior-Exterior finishes & Fit-out) planning, monitoring, site coordination and checking with the sub-contractors activities including the finishes, colour, function, form and anthropocentric of the whole project. Project inspection, raised RFI and responses accordingly as per instruction to avoid or minimised the job/activities rectification as well wasting materials, time and labour cost. Monitoring the architectural finishes used in the project according to the specification of the designer that properly installed in with proper procedure based on the (MS) method of mythology, ITP and supervised or checked closely the contractor mock up prior to the proper implementation, arrange and inspection in material delivered on site, according to project planning schedule.Check with the safety officer in safety program of the project with every part of the site and their regulation according with the international HS&E standard for the safety and welfare of all staff and workers involve on the site. Such as the signage, the entrance and exit, safety precaution and the first aid kit or station to establish the assembly point area for the emergency evacuation on the site. And make sure the working area are safe from the falling debris, nails, any obstruction on the hall way and stair way. Try to make sure the site is clean and safe at all times. Designated one place for the eating and resting of workers on site and their own individual sub contractor company storage or barracks.

From site acquisitions and coordinates determination up to preparing working drawings of every cell site. And assigned to monitored the all civil work for completion of cell site foundation until the erection of Vodafone towers antenna (cell site Telecommunication), Roof towers (9 meters – 12 meters high), Green field towers (30 meters high).

Resident Architect assigned in multiple project and Doha Bank Head Quarters building is the (AJA)company’s prestige project in Doha, Qatar before Asian game 2006. AJA’s company was involved in Construction Management, I’m involved and participating in some architectural job such as planning, fit-out, periodically conducts site inspection. Exercise technical and coordination meeting with some architects/engineers, contractors and client or with their representative. Monitoring closely the progress of the construction and update the daily activities according to the approved shop drawing with conjunction to project quality program and plan contractor progress report and the safety and environment protection plan. Done a progressive review of the (MS) methodology, (ITP) inspection & test plan, submittal shop drawings by the contractor, and check/approval the material submittal according to the specifications. Evaluate and recommend approval for the change and variation orders, extra works, suspension of works, contract termination and all other forms of contract adjustment. Especially if the architecturally is concern will affected and the aesthetically will be suffer as the whole. And not conforming to the approved plan and specification with BOQ.
