I work in the maintenance of solutions/services for Capgemini customers, in addition I work in the migration and refactoring of legacy systems.

I worked developing solutions/services for the IMD/UFRN solutions ecosystem in the context of Smart Cities and Industry 4.0.I worked in squads using Scrum as an agile methodology. We used to meet with customers to gather and analyze the requirements, so we used gitlab to create the service backlog, define business rules and use case diagrams.I was responsible for developing end-to-end services, that is, both on the front-end and the back-end and integrating them via REST.In addition, I was responsible for performing unit, integration and load tests on the services I develop.In these contexts of smart cities and industry 4.0. Specifically in industry 4.0. whether SIG's (Management Information Systems) are developed for stock control, human resources management, cash control, invoice issuing, warehouse control, process management, etc.In the context of smart cities, reading, cleaning, transformation and visualization of big data takes place.Both contexts involved issues of system scalability, elasticity, and resilience. During this period of time it was possible to observe the problems surrounding software development and the way in which their solution is provided.
