Oversee and conduct testing for EMC, Electrical, Environmental, and System Integration. Main Responsibilities: • Monitor project progress and resource availability, identifying potential bottlenecks or resource constraints and implementing proactive measures to address issues and maintain project milestone.• Collaborate with development team to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, and provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.• Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical support to team members, helping them set and achieve project goals, develop new skills, and overcome obstacles.• Ensure that the testing results meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO, IEC, and automotive-specific standards like ISO 26262 for functional safety.• Effectively communication with customers, ensuring clarity and understanding. Analyzing and interpreting test data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Prepared detailed reports summarizing test outcomes, methodologies, and implications.

Coordinate all the EE Project Deliverables as Hardware Project Manager for the Airbag Control Unit product during the development process.Main Responsibilities:• Monitor project progress and resource availability, identifying potential bottlenecks or resource constraints and implementing proactive measures to address issues and maintain project milestone.• Lead & Support the Hardware functional tests execution in the lab to ensure all results meets customer’s requirements, evaluate the risks, and provide impact analysis along with alternate solutions to mitigate risks.• Work closely with the worldwide EE design team and participating in trouble shooting, defect resolution and building up the team competency.• Defined EMC requirements and provide technical support throughout the validation process.• Work with Manufacturing Engineers and Quality Engineers in the plant for the new product launching.•Support for engineering changes, cost reduction and Warranty topics during series production for product lifecycle.

Perform the electrical verification for the Engine controller Unit.Main Responsibilities:-Test plan automation with LABVIEW-Manual Testing for high power interfaces.
