Fernando Miranda has been part of the ESAD team since 2016, and is currently responsible for managing the Multimedia Studios, where he also provides technical support to teachers and students. He's responsabile for photography at ESAD and esad–idea initiatives, with emphasis on coverage of Casa do Design exhibitions, such as Manuel Lapa – Da Luz e das Sombras (2020) or Tóssan – A Vida é Engraçada mas eu Levo-a a Sério (2018/19) or the photography and post-production of the publications Imprimere — Arte e Processo in the 250 Years of the National Press (2019), Motos de Portugal (2018) or Burilada — Artefactos para a Sobrevivência (2017). He is responsible for the photography of conferences, exhibitions and workshops organized by ESAD. Starting in early 2023, Fernando has taken on the additional role of Logistics Department Coordinator at ESAD, showcasing his commitment to excellence in management and organization.Specialist in Multimedia Product Development Level 5 by CINEL Porto, with emphasis on training in Image/Video: capturing, recording and editing, and a Degree in Communication Design from ESAD Matosinhos signifies his extensive education in visual communication and graphic design. This comprehensive program covered core design principles, visual communication strategies, branding, and multimedia design. It provided him with a strong foundation in the field, enabling him to excel in roles that demand creative expertise and a deep understanding of effective visual communication.As a freelancer, the recording and image editing of the "Do Bojador à Boa Esperança" conference cycle or the "Talentus" contest stands out, both initiatives organized by the Municipality of Matosinhos. Note also for the photographic collaboration with the BMW brand website within the scope of the 100th anniversary celebration, as well as the registration and editing of interior images for the Casa do Rio Guest House website, among others.Fernando Miranda is also part of Justweb.pt where he serves as a Communication/Multimedia Designer and where he has lent his expertise to numerous projects involving branding identities, website design, graphic and digital design, as well as the implementation and management of WordPress and e-commerce solutions.
