Managed all initiatives of international franchising. Opened restaurants in Mexico each outselling the U.S. based stores by more than 200%. Directed multi-department heads that successfully executed all activity involved in foreign restaurant development. Other responsibilities included managing all U.S. based Latino marketing efforts and working with each U.S. based franchisees in maximizing their sales and profits in this market segment.
