Worked as a tech leader of a .Net Squad in the Olé bank that is responsible for cards and payment’s charge . Responsible to assure the code and software quality developed by the squad respecting the high standards set by the architecture team. Also responsible for helping the team to overcome difficult technical and logical challenges.Actively participated in the conception of a solution to modify the Card system to be able to send customers card’s bill by email. Helped to solve performance issues due to the large mass of customers (+400.000).Constantly encouraged the team to innovate and improve the software process.

Responsible for the first .Net/Microsoft team in the company. Also worked with architecture and conception of new applications. Introduced SonarQube code analysis in the company, helping in the achievement of high standards in code quality. Lead developer in a number of projects delivered to BASF agrochemicals, such as a tracking mobile and web app where the user is capable of filling data of many stages of the farm's crops. The solution calculates and displays the efficiency of a pesticide in a crop, recording all stages of the process in a delimited area. The mobile app was improved to synchronize data from the database after working offline for any amount of time.
