Since this community was in such distress the duties as a general manger varied, includedbut not limited to cleaning up the financials, abandoned homes, mobile home title issues, contract issues, crime issues, rules violation issues. etc. Since being manager there the residents have cleaned up there homes, about 300 residents have painted there homes, added a new camera system, several upgrades around the community, evicted most of the criminal activity and put in a City of Phoenix substation on property. We also created an up to date lease agreement packet, which all residents had to sign.
