Growing up with low SES, and learning disabilities has driven me to go above and beyond for the people I serve. I thrive in providing interpersonal relationships with colleagues and my customers to build rapport. My Education: BA in Social Work, and AA in Behavior Science. I learned self-discipline through JROTC in high school. I am a perfectionist, and do my very best to ensure I do the work as accurately as I possibly can. I am Spanish-speaking. I have a big heart and enjoy making others happy. I have done a significant amount of consumer in my past jobs. I put the customer's needs first. I enjoy fighting and advocating for anyone that has dispositionally taken advantage of. I have been part of the National Association of Social Workers, TAU ETA social work honor society, and JROTC. I enjoy giving back to others and constantly volunteering. My Goal is to build upon people's strengths and help them create dependency.
