- Management of culture processes (construction, communication, and engagement) and employee experience;- Internal communication (vehicle management, campaigns, endomarketing, leader-led and events);- Leadership support in performance evaluation processes and Personal Development Plan (PDI) cycles;- People Analytics - Data management and dashboard production;- Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) - Implementation of the program for the entire company;- Employer Branding (EVP, social media - LinkedIn, Instagram, and Glassdoor, relationship with communities, universities, and tech events);- Creation of processes for the human resources department, such as local policies, training, KPIs.
