➢Manage and coordinate the planning, monitoring and control of the physical implementation of infrastructure projects in both Project Department and Special Gas Projects in accordance with project requirements, guidelines, strategies, procedures and best practices in order to accomplish the objectives of the projects in scope, time and quality and thereby contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Corporation.➢Manage of the PSE Project Department´s Budget to ensure compliance with the resources, purpose and scope of projects on time and value.➢Leading projects of both Oil Project Department as well as the Gas Special Projects Department to be conducted following the guidelines established by Pacific Rubiales Energy according to its method of Integral Project Management.➢Define the project in terms of scope, time and cost in coordination with the project leader, planning and estimating resources to be use, estimating and evaluating the fast track strategies and defining proposals to meet deadlines and budgets requeriments.➢Establish action plans for contracting jobs and procurement of supplies of the project knowing the extent of establish scope. Studying contracts options and / or structuring bidding process. Coordinate audits of the contract. Conduct regular meetings with builders and construction supervisors to ensure compliance enforcement of contracts and purchase orders within the context of project implementation.➢Back-up the Project Manager of either Oil or Gas Projects during their absences.
