Human Resources Manager in a manufacturing site in Mexico, servicing 500 + employees in a Union or Union free environment. Capable of establishing trusted relationships with Operations Director and his staff, leading Organization Development & change management, responsible for the EHS, and ensure all HR policies and practices are aligned with the plant and Co. needs. • Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and key personnel. • Actively partner with business leaders to establish, implement and monitor short term and long term strategies for driving business results. • Drive HR functional initiatives ( Benefits standardization, Positive Employee Relations , Leadership Development, etc), aligning HR and business strategies.• Provide organizational design expertise, change management. • EHS leadership throughout the site. Plant operating Permits and Ensure Environmental, Safety and Health Compliance • Provide consultation services for increased organizational effectiveness including assessment, contracting, action planning, evaluation and follow up. • Lead MRR (Management Resource Review) process, including: salary planning, Management Incentive Program, and other total reward systems. • Effectively manage positive employee relations with the workforce. • Actively participate in operational reviews and partner in functional business (cost reduction initiatives, policy/procedure development).• Recruit, select, retain and manage leadership talent.• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations and have the ability to conduct fair and impartial investigations.• Provide talent management expertise, workforce planning, skills assessment, succession planning, retraining programs.• Responsable for Mexican Payroll and payroll taxes
