As a Production Engineer at MatterHackers, I applied my expertise in Python and 3D modeling to automate and optimize the production processes of various 3D printing products. I worked with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and marketers to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions to meet the needs of customers and stakeholders. I also contributed to the research and development of new materials and technologies for additive manufacturing, such as biodegradable and recyclable plastics.I developed my passion for environmental science and engineering during my undergraduate studies at Chapman University, where I earned a BS in Environmental Science and Policy, and a Minor in Studio Arts. I was a Doris Duke Conservation Scholar, and I conducted research on the effects of climate change on ecosystems and biodiversity. I also used my artistic skills to create visualizations and presentations of my research findings, and to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences. I am motivated by the challenge of finding creative and sustainable solutions to environmental problems, and I aspire to continue learning and growing as a professional in this field.
