On this role I led the Total Rewards, T&E and Employee Mobility functions for all South American Countries (except for Brazil). We articulated and executed strategies in Total Rewards, T&E and Global Mobility aligned with the businesses and HR strategies.Key achievements were: forming a high performance regional team, defining and deploying the Regional Total Rewards strategy and architecture in alignment with global and regional strategies, implementing a new job and salary structure in all the countries using different sources and methodologies (Mercer; HAY; TW) within a single framework, implementing the merit planning policy linked to the company high performance culture policy in close cooperation with the performance and leadership team, managing the executive compensation, implementing the new STIP Plan, managing the Long Term Incentive Plans (Equity Plans) and Pension Plans, improving the time to delivery and people engagement, among others.

I started in the role of HR PMO and Controller within that role I was able to coordinate and collaborate on different projects among the different areas of HR at local and regional levels. I also have the responsibility for controlling the area budget, risk and compliance management and legal related processes like third parties controlling and labor judicial claims management with direct P&L impact.Then I was designated Head of Total Rewards for Argentina becoming a senior SME on this regard providing consultancy to the HR and Management teams both regional and locally.Among the projects I got to participate were - 5 M&As processes implemented; re-structuring of Argentina Pension Plans with impact on USD 55 mill, SOX Auditor, implementation of compliance processes, re-design and update of all HR Policies and implementation of SAP, implementation of new job and salary structure.

I started as Junior HR Generalist supporting training, performance and development , recruiting, reporting and controlling, international delegations, internal communications and compensation & benefits processes.Then I was promoted to a Senior Role. At this role I was responsible among other things on planning and controlling headcount and payroll budget for the entire company in alignment finance and accounting team, the compensation and benefits processes, regional reporting, international delegation process, policy design and implementation. I also cooperate and advise HR Strategic Planning, recruiting, training, performance and development, dismissal and leadership processes becoming a trusted advisor on HR matters.

I worked as an intern on HR and Legal Departments. I got the chance to know how a multinational works. Main Achievements were the design of Rewards and Recognition policy and the implementation plan, re-design of the employee suggestion program, become a trusted advisor on cost management and controlling, process improvements, project management and benefit administration with exposure to the executive team.
