Adaptimmune is a leader in transforming cancer immunotherapies with affinity enhanced TCRs and SPEAR technologies. I assist scientists with performing MSAT experiments leading the pipeline in product development and technology transfers. My role revolves around integrating technologies from the PD UK to the Navy Yard, Philadelphia Manufacturing site. I support managing and performing leukapheresis characterization on T-cells prior to cryopreservation. I perform data analysis on yield growth manufactured patients utilizing SQL relational database systems and queries. Other responsibilities include cell-fixation and ELISA implementations.

DSM Biomedical develops synthetic biomaterials to expand uses in stem-cell driven regenerative medicine(s) along with applications in medical devices and manufacturing technologies.Analyzed lot sampling sizes of synthetic polymers and ceramics using a variety of algorithms and statistical methods. Outside of these departments I collaborated with Cerapedics Research & Development team to program and design mixing chambers.
