• Responsible for leading the New Commercial Structure (NEC) process in all Bayer Crop Science businesses• Ensuring that the company's global strategy related to the commercial structure takes place in all systems involved (SAP PBC, SAP P08, Sales Force Global, CRM Local and others). For this, it is necessary to involve more than 10 areas (50 people) that need to act in a coordinated manner in order to guarantee the success of the operation.• Define and distribute actions to responsible stakeholders• Ensuring that information flows efficiently between all the people involved• Responsible for policy, governance and continuous process improvement, conducted through strong relationships with partner areas• Interface between the support areas and the commercial area regarding the new structure• Directly leading a person (Feedback, Individual Development Plan, Guidance)• Interim coordination of the Territory Management area in the DN Centro division, holding several meetings and exercises related to the topic

• Perform the interface between the Supply Chain, Finance, Demand, Production and Commercial areas• Monthly meeting with managers and directors in order to exchange information/inputs about products and their respective allocations• Definition of product apportionment, making important improvements in the execution of the process.• Monitoring of the sales forecast of about 90 RTVs of the Brazilian Sales District Centro• Inventory management of approximately 100 distribution channels of the Brazilian Sales District Centro• Monthly analysis of stock movement of all Bayer distributors in Brazil• Training and qualification of RTVs in matters that relate to the Sales Forecast area (sales forecast, inventory and related tools)• Member of the inventory front in a global project with Agile methodology in partnership with Ernst & Young from Germany to implement SAP IBP at Bayer Brasil
