About Fernando Costa

I've been working with electronics, embedded system and telecom products for many years and I have substantial experience from research, concept and designing autonomous and distributed systems for consumer, automation, IoT, wireless devices, telecom and access control systems in multidisciplinary teams helping them achieve their goals driving innovation using agile, lean startup methodology and product management, acting as team leader.In the past years I have focused my strengths in business strategies to continuously grow the company I´m engaged for, using data to drive the innovation in new era that we are in.As a principal engineer we achieved more than 70% of national market in the new product segment developed.
