This team is responsible for the software development that allowed the company to transform itself from a loan and investment bank to a digital retail bank.Since I joined the company as one of the first developers, some challenges that were (and some still are) faced on a daily basis:- Architecture selection from scratch (tooling, languages, architecture)- First PoC and micro-services development- Cloud evaluation & adoption- Legacy core banking system integration to a serverless event-driven back-end- Team building from scratch (from 2 developers to around 50 person)- Agile method adoption and evolutionDuring the project, I held several different positions, mainly developing some new area, and later handing over this to the team. As software design supervisor, my daily assignments are (but not limited to):- coordinate and lead software development team; - plan and organize team daily tasks;- design new software architecture; - coordinate code review sessions; Some of the projects developed under my direct coordination:- migration from Bazaar to Git. Working as field engineer, running electromechanical tools in Oil Wells and also performing calibrations, checks, maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications, tests and failure analysis on the Welltec’s tools and equipment.These tools included Well Tractor to convey logging or perforating tools downhole in horizontal or high deviated well using only the wireline cable in Offshore/Onshore wireline operations, and/or well intervention tools (Well stroker, key, miller, cleaner) used in services such as as open/close valves, setting plugs, cleaning scales and milling a stuck valve.Worked in conjunction with different wirelines companies (Schlumberger, Baker Hughes, Halliburton) focused on safety, high service quality and service delivery improvement.Experience in offshore rigs in Macaé area, Trinidad Tobago and on-shore rigs in Kazakhstan.

Working as field engineer for Wireline and Perforating in oil wells, managing a crew for jobs in open hole logging, production logging, cement inspection, pipe inspection and recovery and wireline perforating services.Working with following wireline technologies: Nuclear, Resistivity, Electromagnetic, Acoustic and Imaging logging. Also perforating and pipe recovery jobs using explosives.Experience in off-shore rigs in Macaé area and on-shore rigs in North/Northeast Brazil (including isolated rigs in amazon forest), Colombia and Mexico.

Trainee at the Sensors and Detection Systems division.Among the responsibilities was the development of tools for test automation and technical documentation generation. Also worked with the specification of test cases for Ultrasonic Park Assist Systems.This was a 6 month trainee program as Foreigner Student in Bietigheim-Bissingen (Germany).

Trainee in Quality Assurance with small and medium PBX Systems and Software Applications. Worked with Siemens HiPath 1100/1220 product lines.Worked also with PABX testing automation and development of tools for reports of testing metrics generation.
