- Advised on the financial feasability of new and current projects, ranging from new launches to potential aquisition targets (over 80 projects), including financial valuations and detailed scenario simulations and forecasts to the senior managament (VPs and CEO) as well as the company's headquarters;- Projects include a $200M Greenfield Operation, a main Brand Restructuring Project with over $100M in potential revenues and Captial Expenditures studies surpassing US$500M.- Analyzed and supported potential M&A opportunities such as de Matte Leão e Sucos DelValle acquitisions (+$100M deals)- Developed and coordinated strategic Business Planing processes, including 5 to 10 year financial forecasting and market analysis as well as present macro-economical studies;- Developed and supported new Business Models on Tax Planning, Logistics and Corporate Structuring;- Managed the Coca-Cola System Profitability analysis in Brazil (including all 17 corporate groups) with revenues surpassing the $5Bi mark.

- Management of the company's local investments and treasury operations (~USD400 million)- Monitored bottling groups financial conditions with balance sheet analysis and internal reports- Conducted short and long term cash management and forecasting. Optimized internal processes and controls, releasing nearly USD1MM/month for additional investments.-Controlled all foreign exchange currencies (FX) operations related to the brazilian operations, including resources from exports/imports, dividend remittances, instruments of risk control (hedging) and financing provided to bottlers.-Monitored financial markets on a daily basis supplying the financial departments with economic insights and forecasts-Provided monthly actual and forecasted results related to interest income/expenses as well as Cash Flow variances and gains/losses in exchange operations

One of the most traditional Asset Management firms in the country. Established in 1988 as the first indepentent firm of its kind and currently manages around R$1,5Bi in Brazil and abroad.- Assigned to their main fund, IP Participações, responsible for the commodities sector. Additionally was also resposnible for the Marketing and Media Services stocks and assembly of the funds strategy on the overseas fund.- Responsibilities ranged from in-depth studies of the companies assigned to me, including balance sheet and P&L analysis and a thorough valuation process. Results were presented to the fund's manager and the company's senior partners.

NetPay aimed to revolutionize the payments layer in the brazilian market by offering a low cost solution for small businesses and professionals.
