Most recently, Curator (Director) of the FTI Bogota Justice Fastrack, a 16 week Sprint with the President's Office and the Supreme Court of Colombia to re-architect the Justice system. I have also been involved, as team leader, in the winning proposal for a transformative initiative to bring exponential attributes to the health system in Medellin, Colombia. The initiative is currently being presented to potential investors as the start-up gets accelerated.

In 2008 Codere created Codere Interactiva, its on-line gaming subsidiary.Involved since the inception as CSO in all Sourcing Governance aspects including: * definition of Sourcing strategy based on strategic objectives * selection of software and technology providers, negotiation and closing of service contracts * Coordination of service transition processes (launching of gaming sites) * Negotiation and implementation of SLAsMuch of the work also involved applying industry best practices (such as Cobit, eSCM and ITIL) and developing a Vendor Management governance model.With the Mexican online operation (since 2012) I have been heavily involved with the design and execution of the marketing strategy including: * Digital marketing, social media and digital PR * Management of the development and constant improvement of the main website (including the mobile site), landing pages and affiliates sites. Decisions in this domain came as a result of customer surveys, Customer Experience Analytics (heat map) software such as Clicktale and working with the UX team design team. * Optimizing acquisition and retention through the internet: SEO, SEM, Social marketing, link-building, and affiliation. * Oversight of the online customer service and CRM team. * Management not only of the internal team but vendors such as Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Young & Rubicam, Income Access and Buson and Marsteller.
