My journey has been a process of discovering what truly matters to me, and one of the things I've learned is that making informed, responsible, and compliant decisions is essential for building a life of purpose and meaning.From a young age, I was driven by an unquiet desire to explore the world beyond the walls of my home, where I grew up. My parents, with their adventurous youth stories, instilled in me a seed of curiosity and the desire to make a difference.Upon finishing college, that seed sprouted, and together with my partner in this journey, my wife, we mapped out a plan that would challenge our boundaries: an exchange to the other side of the globe, in Australia. Far from being just a destination, it was an invitation to grow, learn, and live fully. Seven months turned into over two years immersed in a vibrant culture, where every day we were challenged to reinvent ourselves.During this time, we met people from all over the world, of different ages and cultures, it was spectacular, and during this period, the love we shared grew even stronger, culminating in a wedding that sealed our commitment to share dreams and challenges. But the thirst for knowledge and discovery didn't stop there. We decided to extend our journey, traveling through Asia and collecting memories that are now priceless treasures in our shared history.Upon returning to Brazil, it was as if every piece of our soul was infused with a new perspective on life. We married once again, now before friends and family, sharing the joy of having found our path in each other.Then, the true meaning of completeness arrived with the birth of our first child, a new life that taught us the true meaning of love and responsibility. With the advent of the pandemic, we found stability and, amidst global uncertainty, we celebrated life with the arrival of our second child.Today, as a professional dedicated to ethics, transparency, and integrity, I understand that each chapter of my life has shaped my values, my passion for transformation, and my commitment to a better world.
