He has completed this working with a Scrum Agile Business unit to complete Application Lifecycle Management changes to the product in Rally/QA. In additional, he has gained an extensive knowledge of SQL reporting to assist in reporting and data review. Lastly, Fernando provides daily Tier 2 support for the benefits team and all aspects revolving around EDI support.Fernando has volunteered and championed local corporate social responsibility efforts with a number of charities throughout his tenure at ADP. He has a particular passion for history and charities revolving around children, impoverished areas and community. As such, he has led initiatives such as Best Buddies, Little Lighthouse Foundation and Stop Hunger Now at ADP providing over 25,000 meals to families in need.
