As Director General of INOVAGAIA -entity responsible for the management of the incubation center of V. N. Gaia, promotion of entrepreneurship and support to the business fabric, I was responsible for:• Implement the overall short, medium and long term strategy andensure its implementation. Manage INOVAGAIA Human, financial and technical resources.• Analysis of financial indicators and preparation of decision support reports;• Creation of control tools and management indicators;•Elaboration and monitoring of the budget;• Promote entrepreneurship in educational institutions.• Support the candidates for the incubation center in the preparation of the Business Plans.• Promotion and management of the GAIA Financing Fund.• Consultancy to SMEs and support to the entrepreneur.• Support for the internationalization processes of SMEs.• Preparation of applications for EU funds (QREN / Portugal 2020).• Technical support provided under the funding tools provided by the IEFP, and INOVAGAIA is an EPAT accredited for this purpose.•• Manager of the training area.

Participate in the definition of the strategy of the commercial policy and promotion and ensure its implementation. Plan, direct and coordinate commercial and marketing activities. Elaboration of Monthly and Annual Financial Budgets; Management control. Responsible for the financial execution of the construction project ofTechnological Base Incubation Center of V. N. Gaia in the amount of 3,999,990.00 €. Support the candidates to the hatchery in the elaboration of their Business Plans.

Support in the definition and implementation of the strategy to stimulate the internationalization of the Portuguese companies, especially for the markets of South America and Africa. Analysis and preparation of reports on Portuguese economic developments, as well as the countries of South America and Africa. Ensure constant updating of information on national economic results and forecasts. To carry out studies and technical work in the scope of the Portuguese economy. Member of the Interministerial Commission REVITALIZAR, responsible for the creation and monitoring of the REVITALIZAR program, composed of PER, SIREVE and DTE.

To determine AMIGAIA's overall strategy in the short, medium and long term, submit it to the Board of Directors and ensure its implementation. To manage AMIGAIA's human, financial and technical resources, in view of the objectives set by the Board of Directors. To manage and articulate the elements ofAMIGAIA's structure, through the available resources, in order to guarantee an excellent performance and reinforce the corporate image with the client. Manage AMIGAIA with a focus on the quality and excellenceof the services provided. Assess the results of the defined processes and use them for a continuous improvement of the services provided.
