I took on the role of Business Developmet Manager with the aim of restructuring the company's core business. During this time, IRIS CRISTAL has transitioned to a project-based business model, enabling us to meet our clients' demands and establish ourselves as a global leader in decorative lighting.

As Export Manager for a lighting company, I spearhead business growth in Asia, the Americas, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. I spend over 70% of my time traveling to these regions, cultivating relationships with dealers, wholesalers, and interior designers. Back in Spain, I lead and coordinate our commercial team.I represented the company at major international exhibitions like Euroluce in Milano, Frankfurt Light + Building, Dallas Lightmarket, and the Hong Kong Lighting Fair. Beyond logistics and international sales, I helped to implement ISO 9001 standards and collaborate with our supplier on IT infrastructure (database, CRM, email server, website).I've also furthered my professional development by earning an Executive MBA and a Master's in Textile Engineering and a PhD in economics while excelling in this role.

While completing my Industrial Organization Engineering degree, I gained valuable experience in the footwear industry, managing the Asian division for a textile company. I spent significant time in China and Vietnam, coordinating my team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and actively seeking new business opportunities. I also oversaw operations at our bonded warehouse in Hong Kong.Prior to leading the Asian market, I successfully managed the Spanish domestic market and Turkey. I have also represented the company at international footwear exhibitions in Italy.
