IT Project manager for strategic business transformation plans. - Currently implementing a business transformation plan with ERP SAP Business One. 1. Provide functional and configuration expertise to external consultants in support of implementing SAP ERP and related applications and interfaces with focus on the complex Boyum features (variant configurator and BEAS manufacturing). 2. Coordinate and actively participate in all stages of project development, including taking the lead in System, User Acceptance and Integration testing. 3. Provide scope and direction to other team members (including third party developers) by providing clear and concise requirements and coordinating development efforts. 4. Lead training on the relevant modules and establish key user networks to ensure strong coordination of best practice, unified processes and initiatives. 5. Viccarbe is part of a multinational company running existing SAP systems that automate orders in the furniture industry. Effectively communicating with lead counterparts to connect standalone systems with same data logic. Different ecosystems run different variant configurators with same product data management such us pCon or LO-VC (PDM). - IT infrastructure management and deploy. - Support business units with digital tools. Microsoft 365 administrator. - Reporting and colaboration with Steelcase in the process of integrating both companies after the adquisition of Viccarbe by Steelcase (post-merging integration activities). - Licensing, budgeting and relationship with IT providers and hired services with different contracts (bundle of hours, outsource collaboration, IT partners, subscription model, perpetual, consumption based). - Balance on-prem deployment vs cloud infrastructure.
