The next step was to take all Santander Brazil IT Infrastructure to the next level, assuring outstanding technical quality and efficiency and taking great care of my team career growth, all of it aligned with the purpose of delivering a great service for our tens of millions customers.My experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations is solid and embraces many market segments such as e-commerce, finance, retail and loyalty programs. I have also had a long and important IT service provider experience, and my more recent roles on the other side of the table gives me a unique approach to creative, innovative and cost-effective IT solutions.Through my career it became clear to me that IT is about people, and technology is a tool to deliver results. With that in mind I have built many cross-functional, highly specialized and motivated teams, people that are always committed to take that magic step further.
