I have a strong background in IT service management, IT operations, IT management, and business administration, with an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. I am passionate about delivering excellence, quality, and value to our customers and stakeholders, and fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth within our team and organization.As the co-founder and COO of Proative Technology, I oversee the strategic direction, planning, execution, and performance of our IT service and operations. I am responsible for managing a portfolio of IT projects and contracts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions and services, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners. I also lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing them with guidance, support, and feedback.
