As CCO... I work directly with the Chief Executive Officer to develop cohesive and productive goals for the company and designs ways to meet them. How? By transforming rough ideas and general concepts into actions, projects, and completed products or messages. Also I evaluate the current status of the industry and the market to ensure delivery of relevant and useful products, messages, or branding. Why? To anticipate the future direction of the industry using both research and own insight, and brings the company into the fore of that trajectory.

Responsible for the Innovation and Training area, being in charge of the design and delivery of different courses and trainings related to topics such as leadership, team building, user experience, among others.

Part of the company's talent network providing knowledge in different projects including the development of innovation workshops and the creation of a dynamic and effective recruitment process.

In charge of the training and evaluation of competencies of the High Performance team of the area, responsible for the planning, execution and evaluation of student activities for the correct development of residents. Managing resources, times and spaces for optimal logistical development of activities.

Responsible for planning, development and implementation of Design Thinking projects focused on empathize with the people working inside the company to understand their needs and pains and developing crazy, innovative and human-centered solutions that add value to their lives inside and outside his workday, making 3M a better place to work.

Responsible for the administration and management of technical training and human development, focused on all operational and administrative staff of the plant. Having the ability to manage human capital budget and looking to accomplish the objectives of the Annual Training Program.During the stay in this position I was working on improving the capture process of the technical training of the operating personnel to develop it out more easily and provide more value to the whole process.

Responsible for the design , development and implementation of courses focused on the business sector of San Luis Potosi having the opportunity to provide training focused on Leadership, Teamwork , Communication , Negotiation , Strategic Planning, etc. to different companies in the Industrial Area.Acquiring more than 200 hours of courses and training, being responsible of groups of instructors and with the capability to make decisions to solve problems during the course of the activities.
