Traineeship taking part in the organization of the 25th year anniversary of theFund, which includes a 25 hours online festival with relevant artists and activists fromdeveloping countries, and a book to be published on the fund’s philosophy. Activities mainly relate to producing and project management, relation with artists, archive, and content research.

Coordinated both marketing and sales activities for the biggest private school brand in Brazil, leading a five person team and contribuiting directly for revenue growth of 64% in almost two years (+R$81MM). On sales, coordinated pricing projects setting anual and monthly goals for 36 unities, supported unity leaders and developed sales process improvement. On marketing, was responsible for the whole marketing strategy both online and off-line and a R$10MM budget. Worked closely with publicity agencies and coordinated the brand expansion around the country with 16 new unities opening. Also, coordinated big retention events for over 20.000 people and other communication initiatives within students and families (clients). The results were a 52% increase on client numbers and eight points inscrease on NPS indicator.

Coordinator responsible for recruiment and selection of all Ambev unities in the state of Rio de Janeiro (both Sales and Supply), leading a four analysts team and recruiting over 650 new employees for the company in a year. Implemented process improvements wich supported a 30% decrease on new hire turnover and reached 100% on personal targets.

Analyst responsible for coordinating high level corporate recruitment programs at university and post-graduate level. Created a new national management model for the Internship Program which increased intern hiring and a new recruitment program for Young Managers (+4 years of experience), hiring eighteen new employees.

Entered the company as Human Resources Trainee and participated on three month training around all company areas (Corporate, Sales and Supply), acquiring general knowledge about the business. One of the 65 selected among over 50000 candidates.

Intern responsible for supporting the area general management, acting on Strategy, People and Process development. Those initiatives supported and 20% decrease on avarege customer servisse attending time, as well as a 6% decrease on general number of client complainings.
