Responsible to manage the Legal Team on Consumer, Tax, Labor, Administrative, Regulatory, Business Law, and Institutional Relationship, establishing strategies and actions to reduce the Area expenses, directing the team to focus on the pursued results, as well as directing legal opinions that facilitate the company’s business.• Lead a team of 9 people, being 1 Legal Coordinator, 1 Plain Lawyer, 2 Legal Interns, and 5 Legal Assistants.• In three months after being named to be in charge of the Credit Recovery law suits stock of the Bank, conduced negotiations responsible to recover around USD3,750,000.• Implemented a Negotiation Team that, in 18 months reduced approximately USD1,200,000 of installed losses of law suits on Consumer’s Law.• Assist the Area Superintendent to raise and study the data to present the Board of Directors a proposition for the Area’s budget for the upcoming years.• Manage the Area’s budged along the year to reach the goal established by the Board of Directors (USD6,750,000 in 2019), implementing action to achieve, and reduce these expenses.• Developed the team to draft legal opinions reducing the expenses with law firms, especially on regulatory matters for the financial market, and business law.• Cumulated for 5 months the full management position of the Compliance team, while the area’s Superintendent maternity leave.
