I never thought I would be as passionate as I am about finding the right people for my clients. On one hand, it is a blessing to help talented and interesting individuals get better jobs that will make their and their families' lives better. My work has a very positive impact on the people and friends I work with, and that is priceless to me. On the other hand, I also love the challenge of working with clients and accomplishing things others can't, going the mile beyond to make what seems impossible, possible. Recruiting is hard, but I have learned to find impossible-to-find candidates you often can't even find online. I love the relationships I develop with clients who struggle to find good people to bring their teams forward, at the end of the day, that is the most important thing a company can do. And I am a relentless individual with a very strong work ethic. When I need to solve something, I never give up, and I do things the right way. That is the reason my clients trust me and keep on coming back to use me. It feels great to add value to those who work with me, and to know that my team and I do what others can't. I have had the privilege of living in multiple countries and meeting interesting people from all over the world. As a recruiter, I have continued to meet some of the most amazing individuals ever, and I can continue embarking in adventures that keep me excited and fulfilled.
