Following successful completion of Trainee role, assigned to the Departure Control Systems Outstations team. Performed 24/7 on call support for airport systems and network related outages as well airport device issues. Tested and implemented new ZONE boarding functionality for EK. Team lead the migration of 2D Barcoded boarding passes for EK, UL and other host carriers. Performed in depth peer review code analysis for DCS code promotes on ALCS and TPF. Implemented and migrated Mercator Airport Control Systems for 52 airports across 9 airlines for SITA APCN, iMUSE, RESA CREWS and ULTRA Videcom. Analysed and outlined backup solution for EK backup laptops at Jeddah Airport which were failing repeatedly.
