Currently essaying the role of Business Analyst for Engineering domain and SME (Subject Matter Expert) for AMOS MRO Application. -Started my IT career with Jet Airways with providing first level support to airline operation systems, performing routine monitoring tasks and writing batch files for automating specific tasks.-Within a year became the primary support for mission critical application such as AMOS (MRO) for the engineering department and SABRE Steady-State (Load Manager) for the load and trim section. Main Activities associated with this role were performing regular upgrades of the application, monitoring server performance and backup, coordinating with the vendor, scoping and documentation for report request received from the end user.-Moved onto Oracle Database Management activities and development and got associated with technologies like SQL, PL/SQL and have worked in all the phases of SDLC.-Developed the Issue Tracking System (ITS) which was used as a ticketing system both internally as well as externally by Jet Airways.
