• Review schedules and productivity to ensure payroll is managed and utilized effectively• Partner with GM/DGM to initiate processes to protect profit across the store including payroll, achieving cashloss and shrink goals, inventory processes, office controls and general store expenses• Promote the perfect operation sharing best practice and key learns with other operations managers and head office functions• Own the inventory process from planning to completion including implementation and communication of stock loss action plan• Promote compliance with all health and safety requirements across all floors and functions to create a safe environment for both customers and the team• Ensure all maintenance organization and housekeeping is maintained correctly throughout the store• Continuously seek areas to improve the store environment, profitability and brand awareness
