I primarily work with private lenders who provide debt financing solutions for lower-middle-market to middle-market borrowers. My background in financial services and commercial business litigation enables me to draft and negotiate agreements with a perspective towards accomplishing client goals while also mitigating risk. I received my J.D. from Campbell Law School, where I was the business editor of the Law Review and served as a peer mentor. While attending law school, I served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert C. Hunter of the North Carolina Court of Appeals. I also earned a B.A. in political science from Wake Forest University, where I was a Poteat Scholar and student government legislator.I enjoy working with the Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy to provide pro bono estate planning guidance and legal representation.
