I am a confident and experienced teacher of English. I have taught in the independent and public sector in primary secondary and further education. For the last 12 years I have been teaching English to adult learners from all over the world. I am known by colleagues and learners as a teacher who works on successfully motivating learners who lack confidence and challenging those who have higher skill levels. I place a premium on being responsive to my learners' questions and needs.Over the past decade I have developed a wide range of digital strategies and material for use in and outside the ESOL classroom. I am a go-to-teacher for colleagues wanting to improve their skills in this area. My classrooms are spaces where learners succeed in collaborating in learning on their mobile classes in different ways in all lessons. My classes also have very high rates of participation on digital work outside the classroom at home. I am able to train and support teachers who lack confidence in the use of digital technology for teaching and admin.
