At the moment I am engaged as a CEO in the company I founded which is focused on digital transformation and E-skills, and as Innovation Manager, CFO, public tenders analyst in a constructions company. I want to acquire a more varied background and continue to cultivate my greatest passions like cinema, communication and trips, in order to focus on what will offer me more motivations and opportunities for growth in the future.Master of Science in Bocconi has consolidated my preparation on change management and innovation, supported by the catalytic effect of information technology and social media role. I also had the opportunity to measure myself in a multicultural and highly competitive environment, where I could improve my interpersonal skills and my languages, between many international players. Furthermore, my graduation thesis on branded entertainment effectiveness gave me the opportunity to go deeper into advertising and motion picture industry.Since childhood family businesses allowed me to mature a certain amount of sensitivity towards technological evolution, information tools and Internet. Thanks to my prior, even if short, experience as a photographer and videomaker I have acquired basic knowledge of photo and video editing, while my previous work as cinema editor had improved my verbal and writing skills. Moreover main interests, like chess, have been a faithful companion of life to set an effective approach method to problem solving, on handling at best multiple tasks simultaneously or acquiring rapidly a good overview.Right now I want to work for a dynamic and multifunctional company where interaction between different areas and attention given to employees will be a big spur for my talents, as well as a valuable source of ideas and opportunities, given the character so heterogeneous of the aimed industry, capable to enrich myself both from a technical and a creative point of view.
