I advance improvements in Identity and Access Management (IAM) for Coöperatie Dela. Ultimately this means enabling the Business to answer the question: 'Who has access to Which resources and Why are they authorized to do so?'. Being able to answer this question at any time is is a prerequiste for compliance. At the same time, such a level of control will result in increased agility with regards to deployment of new employees and changes in roles and responsibilities.In the role as Scrum Product Owner I create and implement 'the DELA standard' for safe and easy access to information and other business resources. In doing so I actively engage with the different stakeholders to capture their needs using 'user stories'. This input enables the Scrum Team to deliver immediate business value and, at the same time, contribute to the IAM roadmap.As IAM consultant I develop the IAM roadmap , advise the organisation with regards to implementing Role-based Acess and addressed specific IAM topics. From an Architecture perspective I am involved in the IAM design by developing the different involved processes and concepts in the DELA context and supporting this during the implementation.

In the past period I acted as Project Manager for a number of Optical (Transmode), Networking (Cisco and Juniper), Storage (EMC and NetApp) and Compute (VMWare) projects.This involved both greenfield and migration projects for one or more ICT infrastructure areas at a time in the commercial and (semi)governmental sector.The largest project comprised of replacing the network (Cisco) of all offices of the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. In this case I implemented a vision and partnership model in which each of the involved parties would exclusively focus on those areas where their strengths lie.
