It was my responsibility to undertake periodic review of Safety Health Environment Quality Policies, management framework and their implementations to ensure effectiveness. I developed methods and procedures for the movement of raw materials to processing and production areas and transportation of products from departments to customers, warehouses, or other storage facilities. I ensured that all orders are accurately communicated and are in the system to get an accurate packaging requirement report and ensure any change/promos are clearly communicated to the packaging team in time. Being a hardworking professional, I led the Company in meeting its obligations under the “ISO 9001:2018 QMS”, “ISO 22000:2018 FSSC”, “ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S)” and "ISO 14001:2015 Environmental management systems ”. I conducted a post-identity vulnerability assessment on health and safety risks and asset loss and recommend measures to prevent occurrence. I liaised with other departments (line management) in conducting route course analysis on incidences to reduce risk by finding underlying causes.I assisted with the implementation of new or existing SHEQ-related Certification, legislation, rules and Company standards to include health and safety awareness training, internal audit,site inspections of the company and sub-contractors. Additionally, I developed a monthly SHEQ Communication Strategy and included written information, toolbox talks and management briefs.
